Unfolding Bangladesh and Threat to India

Author(s) Sharma Vishwas Sunilkumar, Hitesh R. Patel
Country India
Abstract After an undemocratic regime transition, Sheikh Hasina fled to India on August 5, 2024, and the government of Bangladesh changed. The leader of the new government( Mohammad Yunus) , who is rebuilding ties with Pakistan, is vehemently opposed to India rather than pro-India. India's sovereignty and territorial integrity may be in jeopardy as a result of the new Bangladeshi government's possible involvement in the ongoing conflict in Manipur. The new government is nothing less than the rebirth of a united Pakistan, and India is now facing a battle on three fronts, just as it was in 1971.
