Abstract This study examines the relationship between talent management practices—recruitment, development, retention, and performance management—and organizational performance at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), focusing on blue-collar employees. Employing probability sampling with 120 participants and statistical analyses (regression, correlation), the findings reveal that effective talent management significantly boosts engagement, satisfaction, and performance. Demographic factors like age, marital status, and dependencies also influence outcomes.
