Abstract | This study looks at how ready hotels and resorts in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines are to use new technology after the COVID-19 pandemic. We studied three different types of hotels (budget, mid-range, and luxury) and compared their technology use to what successful cruise lines are doing. Our study had two parts: first, checking what technology they already have and how well they use it; second, suggesting new technologies that could help them. The results will help hotel managers improve their technology, offer better service, and compete better in the changing hotel market. This research helps us understand how hotels can change to use technology better and make their businesses more successful. |
