Abstract The National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) serves as a critical initiative aimed at tackling student dropout rates while enhancing employability skills. This study investigates the role of N.S.Q.F in creating an educational ecosystem that integrates skill-based learning with traditional academics. By doing so, it provides a flexible and inclusive system that addresses diverse learner requirements while aligning education with the needs of the job market.
