Abstract | The study analyzed the Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED) program, addressing student and faculty profiles, implementation status, and improvement recommendations. It identified that the majority of students were younger, single females aged 20-29, highlighting a need for enhanced career development and artistic education services. A significant 85% of students expressed interest in career growth workshops, while 72% were keen on sketching, suggesting curricular gaps. Though 80% of faculty had over five years of experience, indicative of quality education, there were concerns about certification shortages, like the National Certificate II (NC II). While faculty perceived adequate student support, 65% of students felt otherwise. Recommendations focused on improving support services, professional development for faculty, resource allocation, and tailored teaching methods. The overall performance rating was 4.09, categorized as "Very Satisfactory," indicating a strong foundation yet underscoring the need for continued improvements to meet diverse student needs and align with AACUP standards. |
