Abstract Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has gained prominence as a critical business strategy, emphasizing ethical conduct, environmental sustainability, and social contributions. In the Moroccan context, CSR is increasingly recognized as a tool for enhancing corporate performance and aligning with global sustainability goals. Various initiatives, including adherence to international standards like ISO certifications, have been adopted by Moroccan companies to address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges. Despite progress, awareness of CSR's benefits and structural barriers, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), remain significant challenges. Notable examples, such as BMCI and LafargeHolcim Morocco, illustrate the potential of CSR to improve competitiveness, community relations, and corporate reputation, highlighting its role in fostering sustainable economic growth in Morocco.
