Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a critical role in global economic growth, yet they face unique challenges in managing supply chain operations and financial strategies. This paper explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can transform these areas, providing SMEs with tools for enhanced decision-making, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. By leveraging AI-driven predictive analytics, inventory optimization, and financial automation, SMEs can improve demand forecasting, streamline supply chains, and enhance cash flow management. The study highlights case studies of successful AI adoption and examines the challenges SMEs face, including budget constraints, skill gaps, and data privacy concerns. Policy recommendations and future implications of AI integration are discussed, emphasizing its potential to foster innovation, scalability, and sustainability. This paper provides a comprehensive framework for SMEs to adopt AI technologies strategically, ensuring long-term growth and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
