Abstract | The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant disruptions across various sectors, including doorstep businesses. This research article examines the impact of the pandemic on doorstep businesses and explores the challenges faced by such enterprises. The study utilizes a qualitative research approach, drawing upon secondary data sources. Through an extensive analysis of industry reports, case studies, and expert opinions, this article sheds light on the effects of the pandemic on doorstep businesses, including changes in consumer behavior, operational challenges, and adaptation strategies. The findings highlight the importance of digitalization, innovative approaches, and customer-centric solutions for the survival and growth of doorstep businesses in the face of future crises. |
