Abstract | The banking sector is undergoing a rapid transformation due to technological advancements, regulatory changes, and evolving customer expectations. To keep pace with these developments, banks must invest in continuous training programs for their employees. This paper explores the necessity of training in the banking sector, highlighting key areas such as digital banking, regulatory compliance, risk management, customer service, and cybersecurity. The study also examines the impact of training on employee performance, customer satisfaction, and overall banking efficiency. The paper concludes with recommendations for designing effective training programs and strategies for their implementation. |
