A Study on Integration of AI Tools in Indian Banks

Abstract	The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the Indian banking sector has revolutionized various operational aspects, from customer service to risk management. This study investigates the key applications of AI in Indian banks, the challenges faced in adopting these technologies, and their future potential. Leveraging data from 120 samples, chi-square and ANOVA tests were conducted to analyze the relationship between AI adoption and improvements in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and fraud detection. The findings reveal significant advancements in banking operations due to AI but highlight challenges such as infrastructure limitations, regulatory concerns, and skill gaps. This paper provides recommendations for overcoming barriers and maximizing the benefits of AI integration in Indian banking.
