Abstract	This empirical reviews synthetizes current research on the factors influencing mutual fund investment decisions, contribution insight into how behavioral, demographic, financial technological and ethical considerations shape investors behavioral. The aim of the study is to investigate the factors that motivate investors to invest in mutual fund schemes. the investors of the state of Himachal Pradesh when choosing mutual funds, with a particular focus on the role of financial literacy, advisor influence, social trust, demographic factors and emerging trends.
