Comparative Analysis of Job Satisfaction Levels in Public Sector Organizations of Nagpur

Abstract | This study examines job satisfaction levels among employees in public sector companies in Nagpur. A survey was conducted with 150 employees from different public sector organizations. Various factors, including salary, relationship with coworkers, relationship with supervisors, training & development, working environment, motivation, appreciation, job satisfaction, and job performance, were analyzed using statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings provide insights into the factors influencing job satisfaction and their implications for organizational policies. |
