Abstract | The rising demand for vehicle care services, coupled with the inconvenience of traditional car maintenance, necessitates an innovative solution. "Wheels to Your Door" is an on-demand vehicle care service that bridges the gap between car owners and professional service providers. This platform allows users to schedule vehicle maintenance services, track real-time updates, and make secure payments seamlessly. This paper discusses the implementation of this system, detailing the use of Flutter for the frontend, Node.js and Firebase for backend operations, and MongoDB for data management. The integration of Google Maps API for real-time service tracking and Stripe/PayPal for secure transactions ensures a smooth user experience. Challenges encountered include API limitations, scalability issues, and real-time tracking optimizations, which were addressed through efficient data management and Firebase real-time updates. The system has been tested for performance, with a focus on response times and user feedback. Future enhancements include AI-driven service recommendations and chatbot support to further improve the user experience. |
