Abstract | Traditional education systems prioritize academic achievements, often sidelining essential aspects like sports, cultural exposure, and practical life skills. However, comprehensive child development requires a balanced approach that nurtures cognitive, emotional, and social growth. This research highlights the importance of integrating non-academic learning into the educational framework. It examines how sports enhance discipline and teamwork, cultural activities foster creativity and empathy, and practical skills prepare children for real-world challenges. The study concludes that a holistic education model, blending bookish knowledge with experiential learning, produces more capable and well-rounded individuals. |
