Abstract | During covid 19 period, when individuals were unable to leave their homes, OTT platforms emerged as a viable alternative, leading to a significant increase in viewer engagement with these services. During pandemic, various OTT platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, and Sony Liv made significant inroads into the Indian market. |
