Author(s) Mr. Anom I Gusti Ngurah
Country Indonesia
Abstract Summarecon Bandung, which is situated in Gedebage in the East Bandung region of Indonesia, aims to create the first autonomous city inside the Bandung metropolitan area. The project is currently 52.44% complete, which is still 0.13% more than the 52.31% for the sub-structural work that is scheduled for the upcoming weeks. 21. The examination of productivity values in reinforcing work will be covered in this study in order to provide information about worker performance, productivity levels, and the reasons behind delays in project development. In order to get accurate and legitimate data, the data collecting approach consists of direct observation, the Five Minutes-Rating, and direct interviews with field supervisors using the Foreman Delay Survey (FDS), which consists of questions. The research's findings from 20 minutes of observation using the Five Minutes-Rating are 85%, while Foreman A and B's productivity analysis results are 33% and 17%, respectively. According to the findings of the Foreman Delay Survey, the top three variables influencing productivity are waiting for materials (a vendor delay), damage to construction equipment, and adjustments or rework (design flaws).
