Abstract bird survey in Alpha International City (AIC), Karnal, Haryana, was conducted from January to December 2023. A total of 38 resident bird species from 29 families were recorded through direct observation of their movement, songs, feeding habits, and physical features. Species were categorized as Abundant (15), Common (12), Uncommon (8), and Rare (3). Columbidae and Corvidae had the highest species count, while Picidae and Rallidae had the least. With rapid urbanization in AIC, this study aimed to document avian diversity and assess the impact of infrastructure expansion. Periodic monitoring is essential to conserve bird populations in the region.
