Abstract | Digital transformation has had a profound impact on various sectors, particularly the pharmaceutical industry. It has revolutionized human resource management through the adoption of digital tools, including AI-powered platforms for recruitment, training, and performance analysis. These technologies enable pharmaceutical companies to improve decision-making processes and optimize operations. One of the most notable benefits of this transformation is the enhanced talent retention, as companies can offer personalized employee experiences, continuous feedback, and development opportunities. Moreover, the flexibility offered by digital solutions, such as remote work and virtual collaboration, makes the work environment more attractive in a competitive job market. However, despite the benefits, the digital shift also presents challenges, particularly resistance to change and the significant investment required for infrastructure and employee training. Research conducted by various scholars, such as Finelli, Narasimhan, and Ma, reveals the critical role of data-driven strategies in driving innovation and efficiency within the pharmaceutical industry. The transformation has also led to improvements in supply chain sustainability and resilience, with digital technologies playing a central role in addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges. The industry must navigate these complexities, ensuring that both technological adoption and workforce adaptation are prioritized. With continued digital investments and strategic planning, the pharmaceutical sector can enhance productivity, reduce costs, and remain competitive in a fast-evolving landscape |
