Analysis of Teacher Performance on Giving Feedback on Students’ Homework at Elementary Level

Abstract This study was conducted to Analysis of Teacher Performance on Giving Feedback on Students Homework at Elementary level. The purpose of the study was to identify the area of strength and weakness in the feedback given by teacher on student’s homework and to analyze the teacher performance on giving feedback on student’s home work at elementary level. The study was descriptive in nature and quantitative method was used by the researcher. In descriptive method survey technique were to be used to collect the data. All the male students of elementary level will be population of the study in Kotli city AJ&K. Three hundred and two students were selected as sample of the study by using simple random sampling technique. Five point Likert scale was used to collect the data from the respondents. Data were collected through the questionnaire. After the collection of data, it will be analyzed through SPSS software, statistical package for social sciences. Data will be analyzed by using simple percentage mean score and Standard deviation.
