Abstract | This study aimed to determine the status of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) implemented by the 1st Palawan Provincial Mobile Force Company. It assessed the effectiveness of the program in addressing community concerns, enhancing security, and fostering trust between law enforcement and civilians. Using descriptive quantitative research, data were gathered through surveys among community residents and local officials. Results revealed that while the RCSP has contributed positively to peace and order, challenges such as logistical limitations and limited community engagement persist. The study recommends strengthened inter-agency coordination, continuous capacity-building, and community participation to enhance the program's sustainability and impact. |
