Abstract | At about 14% of children and adolescents, asthma is the most prevalent chronic respiratorydisease in children globally. Despite its great incidence, asthma in children has poorconsequences, and it causes several preventable deaths annually. Coughing, wheezing, andshortness of breath are classic symptoms of asthma that are usually brought on by a varietyof potential triggers. Due to a few diagnostic difficulties, pediatric asthma is stillproblematically over-diagnosed and underdiagnosed. |
