Classroom Management in International Schools in 2024: A Collaborative Approach for Enhanced Student Performance

Abstract Classroom management in international schools has evolved from discipline to creating inclusive, engaging environments that promote academic and social-emotional development. Successful management now depends on collaboration among teachers, students, parents, and school leadership. Teachers act as facilitators, fostering positive relationships and open communication. Parental involvement and feedback ensure transparency, while school leaders align practices with institutional values. Technology aids in behavior tracking, customizing learning, and enhancing communication. Teachers must address diverse learning abilities, cultural sensitivity, and digital distractions. Effective management requires ongoing training, tools, and policies to support a collaborative, student centered approach to education.
