Abstract | Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a significant and growing health concern, particularly among young adults, leading to an increased burden on cardiology departments. CAD refers to the narrowing or blockage of coronary arteries due to atherosclerosis, which can result in angina, myocardial infarction, or other cardiovascular complications. The etiology of CAD is multifactorial, influenced by modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors such as lifestyle habits, genetic predisposition, and comorbidities. |
