Abstract Flexible HRM has emerged as a strategic approach that allows firms to manage human capital dynamically, promoting adaptability and continuous learning. This research investigates how Flexible HRM (through HR practices flexibility, employee skill flexibility, and employee behavioral flexibility) influences Innovative Work Behaviors (IWB) among employees. Furthermore, it examines how these behaviors contribute to Firm Innovativeness, which includes product, process, and administrative innovation.
