Abstract This article presents diversity management as a global and integrated approach for better inclusion of people with disabilities in the company. after a demystification of diversity management and advances how disability management goes beyond anti-discriminatory legal practices, the article proposes a mapping of good practice access and retention in human resources with disabilities in the workplace
