Abstract | Abstract The integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) education into medical training is increasingly recognized as a transformative strategy for advancing healthcare innovation, research, and clinical practice. This paper examines the significance of incorporating STEAM principles into medical education, emphasizing their role in fostering interdisciplinary problem-solving, enhancing creativity, and improving patient-centered care. Through an analysis of case studies, theoretical frameworks, and practical applications, the study highlights the advantages of STEAM-based curricula in medical institutions. The findings underscore the need for a structured implementation of STEAM education to equip future healthcare professionals with the diverse skill set required for a rapidly evolving medical landscape. The article concludes with strategic recommendations for integrating STEAM education into medical training to enhance professional competence and drive innovation in healthcare. |
