Abstract This study examines the impact of employee recognition and reward programs on reducing attrition rates in a five-star hotel. A mixed-methods approach was used to collect data from hotel employees. The findings reveal that recognition and reward programs significantly influence employee satisfaction and retention. The study highlights the importance of implementing effective recognition and reward programs to reduce attrition rates. The results provide insights for hotel management to develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
