Despite the increasing attention given to cyberbullying in recent years, traditional bullying remains a prevalent issue that can have profound consequences for the well-being of adolescents. This paper examines various aspects of traditional bullying, including its characteristics, psychological effects on victims, individual factors that contribute to resilience in the face of traditional bullying and intervention programs.
