Abstract | Job satisfaction can be influenced by several factors, such as psychological factors, there are several aspects, such as attitudes towards work, interests, work skills and feelings of work, social factors, there are several aspects of social interaction among employees, social interaction with leaders and social interaction with employees of different types. work, physical factors, aspects of the work environment, physical condition of employees, type of work, working time arrangements, work equipment, air circulation and employee health and financial factors of wages or compensation, social security, benefits and facilities provided. If from each of these aspects employees get satisfaction, employees tend to stay in an organization, even though not all aspects that affect job satisfaction are fulfilled. The aims of this research are: 1). determine the level of satisfaction of health workers who are medical laboratory technology experts, 2) the factors that influence the level of job satisfaction of health workers who are medical laboratory technology experts in Kupang City during the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be seen that there are two factors, namely psychological factors and social factors that have the most dominant opportunity to emerge from the job satisfaction of health workers who are medical laboratory technologists in Kupang City during the Covid-19 pandemic. Employees will feel satisfied if they can interact with fellow employees and superiors. |
