Abstract	Entrepreneurial finance and its adequacy as well as consistency is essential for entrepreneurship development . Literature suggest that there exist gender bais in distribution of entrepreneurial finance . The study has took an attempt to highlight the participation of socially excluded groups in Tripura state .
