Abstract | The current research aims to examine how e-commerce influences global trade and jobs. The advent of electronic commerce has been beneficial for economies worldwide. Short-term benefits are more likely to accrue to wealthy nations, whereas long-term benefits will be more widespread among emerging nations. Through the use of the Internet, international trade volumes will grow. Countries that buy a lot of goods from countries with high per capita incomes will benefit from knowledge ripples. It's also expected that e-commerce will have a positive and negative impact on jobs. |
