Abstract | The construction sector in Jordan has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by government initiatives for economic diversification. However, the industry has faced challenges such as project delays, inadequate time management, and resource allocation issues. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the intricate connections between risk management, project quality, and project performance within Jordan's construction landscape. It reviews the interplay between risk management, project quality, and project performance in this context. The literature review emphasizes themes like effective communication, critical success factors, and timely project delivery. It also highlights risk management's role in mitigating communication-related risks and addressing time delays. The abstract mentions the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory's application, emphasizing how unique resources contribute to competitive advantage. Overall, the review provides insights for stakeholders to navigate challenges and excel in the construction industry. |
