Abstract Abstract: This research paper explores the application of the Hanuman Chalisa, a revered Hindu devotional hymn, in the context of leadership. The Hanuman Chalisa consists of 40 chaupayees (quatrains) that highlight the virtues, qualities, and actions of Lord Hanuman. By analyzing the chaupayees, this study aims to identify the key principles and teachings that can be utilized to enhance leadership effectiveness. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and a qualitative analysis of the chaupayees, this research identifies keywords that encapsulate the core ideas and concepts for leadership development. The findings emphasize the significance of qualities such as courage, devotion, determination, humility, and selflessness, as well as the importance of clear goals, effective communication, and team collaboration.
