Abstract | Axis Bank has a strong tradition of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in its corporate culture. Your Bank has been performing on the sustainability front with a multi fold strategy viz. Axis is one of the biggest commercial banks in India in terms of assets, deposits, branches, customers. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is seen as a cutting-edge management strategy for ensuring a company's long-term viability and growth. A regular committee in the CSR activity is important which should fulfil the goals of the institution and which also guarantee a productive and sustainable growth of the society. This research covers the primary CSR actions done by Axis. Five years' worth of yearly reports, from 2017 to 2022, were evaluated for the same reason. |
