Abstract Pharmacogenomic testing, also known as personalized medicine, has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential to optimize drug therapy by tailoring treatments to an individual genetic make up community pharmacies play a crucial role in patient care, and integrating pharmacogenomic testing into their practices could lead to improved medication safety, efficacy, and patient outcomes. This review aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of the current state of pharmacogenomics testing in community pharmacy settings exploring its benefits ,challenges,and practical implementation strategies.
