Abstract	As off that Venture Capital is an enormous concept, Venture capital financing is a kind of endowment by venture capital. While this study will explore you the Business magnate perspective and awareness in choosing venture capital as a main stream for their investment and financing among various alternatives. Venture capital in all-inclusive wisdom is not entirely an insertion of finances into a new firm, it is in addition of a contribution of proficiency looked-for to set up the firm and intend its promotion tactic, systematize and administer it. The fundamental motive of this research seeks to scrutinize the venture capital financing by the Business Man.
