Abstract Fine developed roots with root hairs absorbs water in Ocimum Sp. & pull it to stem till apical shoot with auxiliary leaf too In the present study antimicrobial Ocimum sp. preparation cum Development was done by Root –Water Pull Theory where an Ocumum sp. medium -small sized plant was shocked in Antimicrobial & NaCl Solution in Approximately 10 ml water.
