Abstract This quantitative study was conducted to look into the teaching competencies,professional qualities and as well as management of learning by part time instructors of five campuses of J.H. Cerilles State College External Studies Unit. This study considered the strengths and weaknesses which would serve as the basis for a faculty development program in the school.
