Abstract | Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is now a crucial component of running a business in the modern world. CSR has the potential to improve a company's reputation and forge a favourable impression in the eyes of customers. The purpose of this research paper is to examine how corporate social responsibility can improve a company's reputation. The main focus of this research paper, however, is to discuss various CSR tactics and understand them with the help of various case studies. This study will help identify the opportunities and challenges faced by companies and their stakeholders as they try to improve their CSR. |
