Abstract	Emotional intelligence is also one part of personality. We can not define Emotional intelligence from Personality. Emotional intelligence is a very important parts in personality development if we can develop personality first develop Emotional intelligence and then develop the other factors. For that development create some programs use teaching Aids, teaching models, Principles and New policies tools etc. "Intelligence is a foundation of personality and Emotional intelligence is a pillar of personality."
