Smart Contracts: Need of the hour

Abstract	Smart contracts are essentially programs that are kept on a block chain and implemented when certain predetermined conditions are satisfied. Generally they are utilized to auromate the execution of a contract so that the involved parties can understand the outcome instantly, without the requirements of an intermediary or time loss. Moreover they can even automate a work flow by initiating the subsequent actions when certain criteria are met.
