Problem With Appointment Of Constitutional Courts Judges: Collegium System

Abstract India the subordinate courts judges are appointed by public services commissions but the high courts and supreme court judges are appointed by collegium system which means the group of senior most judges. This article explain the extra constitutional nature of collegium system and it's problems.
