Abstract	In today’s world the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning is expanding day by day. The amount of data that is made by humans and machines is difficult to abs orb, analysis and make a complex decision from the data which can be implemented through artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. A chatbot is a good example of implementation of AI search engine and machine learning in real world. It can respond to various queries and respond to it accordingly. So, it can be a vital tool for both industrial professionals and regulatory authorities. Such a chatbot can provide quick and accurate information, improving compliance and reducing the time spend on searching for relevant topic.
