Emergence of Over The Top Video Platforms and its Impact on Film Theatres : An Analysis from Customer Persepctive

Abstract	Over Top Video Platforms emerged as a common entertainment arena during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. The paper is aimed at studying the changing customer preferences between film theatres and OTT platforms along with the various motivating factors regarding subscription to the same. It showed positive response towards OTT platforms from customers and a neutral feedback for direct OTT releases bypassing film theatres.
