Impact of Reward and Recognition System on Employee Performance Level of Small Enterprises in Haryana

Abstract In the study titled "Impact of Reward and Recognition System on Employee’s Performance Level of Small Size Enterprises in Haryana State," an investigation into the interplay between rewards, recognition, and employee performance in small-sized enterprises was conducted. The study collected data from 312 respondents out of an intended 500, and these findings were used to derive valuable insights through descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The results indicated that respondents generally held positive awareness and perceptions regarding rewards, recognition, and organizational systems. EFA revealed that eight principal components explained a substantial 84.90% of the variance in the dataset, suggesting their pivotal role in understanding the underlying patterns. However, it's essential to acknowledge the limitation that the results pertain exclusively to the participating respondents, and non-responses or technical issues were not represented, warranting consideration of potential biases in the interpretation. This research sets the stage for further exploration into the complex dynamics of employee perceptions and their connection with organizational practices in small-sized enterprises
