Abstract The "Automatic Birthday Wishes on WhatsApp for Faculty and Students" project revolutionizes birthday celebrations in academic communities. This desktop application seamlessly integrates technology with personal greetings, automating the process of conveying birthday wishes to faculty and students on WhatsApp. By interfacing with Excel, it maintains an up-to-date database of names and birthdates, synchronizing in real-time to ensure timely wishes. The project saves time, prevents oversights, and fosters inclusivity by celebrating both faculty and students. In this era of technology and human connection, it harmoniously blends automation with the genuine value of personal connections, enhancing the vibrancy of academic communities.
