Abstract | the paper explores the challenges in implementing insider trading regulations across multinational governances, where varying legal structures and cultural differences can complicate the pursuit of justice. It also contemplates the role of technology in shaping the landscape of insider trading, including algorithmic trading, social media, and the concentration of information in the digital age.In response to the ethical and regulatory challenges posed by insider trading, this paper offers an amalgamation of formal practices and policy recommendations. It seeks to give a forward- looking perspective on enhancing the effectiveness of regulations, fostering greater ethical awareness among market participators, and fortifying global cooperation in combating insider trading. |
