Abstract | Gene editing technologies, particularly CRISPR-Cas9, have revolutionized biotechnology by enabling precise modifications in the genetic code. This paper explores the integration of programming, specifically Python, in CRISPR-Cas9 implementation. Python's computational capabilities are harnessed to address challenges in CRISPR-Cas9, focusing on off-target effects and delivery mechanisms. The research provides a comprehensive examination of CRISPR-Cas9, introduces Python as a vital tool, and details its implementation to enhance precision and efficiency.
