Utilizing a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with five (5) criminal justice educators affiliated with a higher educational institution in Baguio City, offering programs in Criminology and Forensic Science. The findings reveal that the experiences shared by the participants regarding their involvement in FDPs indicate a transformative effect on their professional development. Insights gleaned from the study demonstrate notable enhancements in their confidence, creativity, and overall competence in the realm of teaching.
