Abstract | This research article delves into the often overlooked aspect of how practical work within Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programs affects the mental health of students. Despite being an integral part of teacher education, the psychological ramifications of practical work have not received sufficient attention. Through a thorough analysis of existing literature, this paper examines the potential effects of practical work on the mental well-being of B.Ed students, exploring both positive and negative aspects and proposing strategies for promoting mental health within teacher education programs. |
